When you place an order on our website, your card will be charged immediately in EUR and not at the time of shipment.

Refund: If you would like a refund, you can contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. A refund takes 3-5 business days to return to your account. Payment must be made in full before shipment. We currently accept Stripe payments.
